Mobile gaming has exploded in popularity over the last few years, with thousands of great new games being released every month. The only problem is that the Google Play Store is still a mess. So finding upcoming Android games can be an absolute nightmare.

To help you out, we've compiled a list of the top 15 upcoming Android games.

Mobile RTS games have been pretty lackluster so far, but this upcoming Android game comes from his one of the biggest franchises in the genre.

Total war. Like the latest PC release, this one is based on the Warhammer universe, so expect Dwarves, High Elves, Skaven, and more. Please note that although adapted to Universe, it is not developed by Creative Assembly. Instead, veteran mobile developer NetEase is spearheading this effort. This should optimize the game for mobile devices, but may include controversial elements such as stamina and premium currency.

Supercell's Clash universe (Clash Royale, Clash of Clans) is his one of the most popular series in the history of mobile his games. The company now offers three more games.

Crash Quest, Crash Mini, Crash Heroes. Each one is developed by a different team within the company, but if there's one thing we know about Supercell, it's that their games have always boasted an incredible level of polish. All games fall into different genres. Clash Quest is a single-player strategy game with elements of the match-3 genre. Clash Mini, as the name suggests, is a type of board game within the Clash universe that looks a lot like Auto-his Battler, such as Auto Chess and Teamfight Tactics. The final game, Clash Heroes, is a cooperative action role-playing game.

As of mid-2022, both Clash Mini and Clash Quest are in closed beta in select countries around the world. However, there is no news of a beta or full release of Clash Heroes for any of the three titles. Most Grand Theft Auto games are already available on mobile platforms, but Rockstar Games is releasing remastered versions of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas with improved AI, graphics, and more. It made me want to milk the series a little more.

The improved game will be released first on consoles and PC on November 11, 2021, with Android and iOS versions coming at a later date. This was originally stated for early 2022, but has since been amended for fiscal year 2022 ending March 2023. This means it can take some time.

Reviews for the console version were pretty mixed, but Rockstar apologized and promised to improve the game through updates. Hopefully most creases will be resolved when the game launches on mobile... Either way, it should be a fun way to experience (or relive) one of the most influential games of the 21st century.

Not wanting to miss the popularity of mobile shooters, Ubisoft has announced the next Android game in the Rainbox Six series. Not surprisingly, it's titled Rainbow Six Mobile. Like its console and PC cousins, it features destructive mechanics and destructible terrain to make each match unique and keep you on your toes. However, being developed from a mobile-first perspective, it should avoid the typical pitfalls found in ported titles. Hopefully, you can also avoid annoying monetization strategies.

The latest news on the subject is that it will be in closed beta for Android only in September 2022.
